Hi, I'm Christie, Jake's mom, and I have my own things to thank you about, but since it is Jake's game console, he should thank you first. Obviously, I want to show gratitude for fixing it, but the headache of him getting mad every time his Xbox 360 freezing problem came back was getting a little ridiculous. We found the towel method, which Jake was ready to do, but I told him no because it doesn't make sense that a $400 game console should be able to be fixed with something simple like that without hurting the system. I mean come on, damp towels and electrical boxes? Doesn't sound very safe at all in my mind.

I felt pretty dumb when I realized you were at the top of the Google pages and I didn't even see it before. Once I got here though, I was completely turned off at the "guarantee in under an hour or your money back no questions asked" remark. It sounded fake, but in the end I found my way back to you because of the video teachings instead of reading.
Low and behold, after about a half hour Jake's Xbox 360 freezing problem was solved and he was up in his room, headset on, and chatting away with his friends. All I have to say to anyone else that is having the same problem my son had with his Xbox 360, this website is for real and we're both happy we found you, eventually. Thanks again, I hope you can help out tons of other people like you did us and save them money as well.
